More great news to report, Cooper has been adopted! This cute little dog was unceremoniously dumped off at the shelter in Malta after his owner died. Luckily for Cooper, he has got a new lease on life and was adopted by the wonderful Celis family.  GIVE US A VOICE would like to give a big THANK YOU to the Celis family for deciding to adopt and not shop. We know Cooper is in great hands and is going to have a wonderful life!
