Hooray for Charlie! This 3-legged boy was cruelly abandoned on the streets of Malta. We have a soft spot for imperfectly perfect dogs and knew Charlie’s chances of making it out of the shelter were very slim so we decided to have him come to Luxembourg. He made it here and into the heart and home of Mme. Monique Hilbert Pletsch! GIVE US A VOICE would like to give a big THANK YOU to Mme. Hilbert Pletsch for giving this sweet dog a second chance.
