We are so happy for little Serafim who has found his forever home. This little dog was kept in a shed for over 5 years by an animal hoarder before being rescued and moved to a shelter in Portugal. Fortunately for Serafim, he caught the eye of the Koenig family and now he lives on a farm where he gets all the love and attention he needs.
